I just wanted to thank you for the outstanding job you did on fixing my baseball glove.  My glove has seen its better days, but you were able to fix the torn laces, ripped webbing, and the enormous tear in the pocket.  I can't thank you enough for your generosity and the extremely expedited work you completed, on Thanksgiving Day nonetheless.  I was only in Cambridge, MA for a few days before deploying overseas, and you modified your entire schedule to ensure your work on my glove was done before I left.  Thanks again for everything and please feel free to use me as a reference at any point down the road.
